About White Oak Baby and Family Services

White Oak Baby is an extension of the quality services delivered by the White Oak Group established in 1998 and located in Joondalup. Services can be accessed throughout the Perth Metropolitan area.

The owners Angela Anderson and Mary Lonergan are both registered clinicians with an extensive knowledge of community support services. They understand that new mums and their families need to be provided with practical and emotional support in the days and weeks after birth. It is helpful to have an extra pair of hands to cope with the many changes and demands put on parents of a new baby to manage the relentless volume of washing and housework.

By allowing one of White Oak Baby support staff to assist, you are guaranteed the practical assistance needed which then gives you time to enjoy your new baby with your extended family and friends. This gives the family unit time to adjust to the new arrival and allows Mum time to settle in relax and heal.

The Team

White Oak Baby staff are qualified community care support workers who have working with children clearance, reference checks and are covered by White Oak’s extensive insurance policies.

You will find our staff are compassionate, calm, trustworthy and natural nurturers. Many are Mums or staff with extensive experience working with children. Our staff will provide non medical support and companionship, assist with the care of the new born, support of siblings, household organisation and meal preparation. They will offer the new mum emotional support, time out to overcome that incredible tiredness and encouragement when you feel uncertain.

White Oak’s friendly administration staff will answer all your queries and attend to your request for services no matter how big or small in a professional and responsive manner.
